Advanced Security Techniques       

Most votes don't need any more security than maintaining the confidentiality of the vote number/password and a quick check of the voter list.  However, if you would like additional security we suggest you use one or more of the following techniques.

Automatic Registration.  The registration process need only be completed once for your group.  For later votes, the sponsor can automatically register everyone (based on the initial vote registration).  This further improves security by minimizing the opportunity for someone to register when not intended.  If you like, you can conduct a special vote for registration purposes only.

Multiple Vote Sponsors.  Your votes can be sponsored by one or more people.  This gives additional confidence that your votes are conducted impartially.  Each of the sponsors can enter their portion of a password to ensure all are present when entering vote details and when making changes to the voter list.  Select an impartial sponsor outside of your group for further security.
