First and last names are used to identify you to your vote sponsor for registrant validation purposes. They are also used to identify you during meetings. At the sponsors discretion, they can be provided to other registrants along with your email address.

Entering a correct and current email address will enable you to:

	retrieve a forgotten password
	sponsor a vote having more than five voters
	receive vote instructions from your vote sponsor
	receive vote results from your vote sponsor
	receive meeting notices from your sponsor
	receive other important messages from your vote sponsor

After signing on at WVB, you can then register or sign in for a particular vote according to instructions from your vote sponsor. Or, you can become a vote sponsor. PLEASE REMEMBER OR RECORD YOUR USERNAME.
