SETTING UP A VOTE

Three steps to initiate a vote. To setup the vote (or prediction market) on a new question, the first thing to do is select a Vote Sponsor to enter the information into World Voting Booth.  

Although there is a fee for full vote sponsoring you can try out our system for FREE with an unlimited number of votes having up to five voters each.  Here are the three simple steps required for setting up any vote on World Voting Booth:

1. Register.  Register for free at WVB Registration. 

2. Describe Your Vote.  Go to the Vote Setup page to enter the details for your vote.  Besides the vote question and answer selections you will need to set the registration and voting dates.  Also select a vote password to keep your vote confidential.  You can conduct unlimited numbers of votes, each with up to 100 questions and you can pick a different voting method for each question.  Each question can have up to 100 answer selections.  Implement any of the optional higher levels of security as described in Vote Security. 

3.  Notify the voters.  Give the Voting Instructions to all voters.  These are provided on the Voter Instruction page available after you set up your vote.

Limitations.

bulletUp to five voters can vote in unpaid elections.

SETTING UP A MEETING

Two steps to conduct meetings on your vote.  (Paid sponsors only.)

After setting up a vote,

1. Notify your group of the time and place of your meeting.  Only registrants, validated by you, will be able to enter the meeting room. Email Meeting Notice

2. Logon to WVB at the time of your meeting, sign in for your vote number and "Setup Meeting" room.   Validated registrants will then be allowed to enter the room after they login for the vote.  WVB Meeting Setup

Limitations.

Vote Sponsoring

Sponsoring votes with more than five voters, requires payment of an annual fee of $24.95.  For this charge, an unlimited number of votes with up to 5000 voters each can be sponsored over a one year time period.  Voting and all other services are FREE.  Voters never pay any fee for access to any page. 

An unlimited number of votes having up to five voters each can be sponsored at any time for no charge. This feature is available for trying our system to see if it is right for your group.
