Your privacy is important to World Voting Booth. This notice explains the
policies we have implemented to assure your maximum privacy. We feel
that such policies are especially necessary and appropriate for a web site dedicated
to one of our most personal and private activities, voting.

This information is stored along with a PayPal
Transaction Code and payment effective date if you choose to sponsor full
votes. Non-paid registrant information is kept on file for
approximately one year after date of last access. Paid registrant

access or until approximately one year after their subscription expires,
whichever is later. You will receive a welcoming email from WVB
confirming your registration.
The information collected at the vote registration
page is:

Vote password
Unless the vote is deleted by the sponsor, your registration for a particular vote is kept on file
with your username until approximately 180 days after the end of voting.
Postings are also removed at that time.
On one page, you can enter vote
details including vote questions, answers, dates, vote password and vote
type. This information is stored with your username as the vote
sponsor. Under certain conditions, vote sponsors have the option of
automatically registering registrants from their previous votes for their
new votes.
You can also enter your vote(s).
After checking your registration validity, your vote is immediately added
to the total vote count and is not stored or associated in any way with
your personal information. No one in your group including the vote
sponsor or anyone at WVB will know how anyone cast their vote. No
one outside of WVB will know if you cast a vote.
You can enter postings on your vote.
After checking your registration validity, no detail other than the
posting and vote question number is recorded. Postings can be read
by those registered for that particular vote. No one in your group
including the vote sponsor or anyone at WVB will know which postings are
associated with which voter unless you indicate so in your posting.
All registered voter’s e-mail
addresses, first and last names are made available to all registrants and
to the vote sponsor. Only the vote sponsor can
resolving registration issues by removing registrant validation. Sponsors can also automatically
register and notify their past registrants for new votes.
Sponsors can also, at their discretion, automatically send vote results to
the registrants. The vote sponsor’s e-mail address is
made available to all voters registered for the sponsor’s vote.
Meeting notifications and other
messages can be automatically sent to registered voters by the vote
sponsor.
No information provided to World
Voting Booth is given to PayPal. PayPal and WVB will send you
separate emails
confirming receipt of your sponsoring payment.
We use return email addresses to
answer the email we receive from “Contact Us”. Such addresses are not used
for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
We use non-identifying and aggregate
information to better design our website.
Finally, we never use or share the
personally identifiable information provided to us online at any time with
anyone outside of World Voting Booth.
Our Commitment To Data Security
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy,
and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place
appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard
and secure the information we collect online.
We do not store any information on cookies on your

How You Can Access Your Information
WVB Registration details can be changed but no vote information can be changed. We use this
procedure to provide best voter fairness. You can access your
personally identifiable vote information that we collect online and
maintain by visiting the Voter Instruction page.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take
reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access. You can
retrieve a forgotten password knowing your username and the answer to one
of four identifying questions.
Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our privacy
policy, we will post these changes on this page so that you are always
aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what
circumstances we disclose it. Regardless of later updates, we will never
use the information you submit under this current policy in a new way
without first providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prevent
that use.
